My name is Denise!
I will start off by saying my own healing Journey… you can skip over if it gets boring 😴
Through childhood I saw many things I was not supposed to ever see… experienced many things I was never supposed to experience… and I was hurting at an age I was never supposed to be hurting at.
As I grew up… I never knew that any of those things affected me as an adult… till I hit my rock bottom and reached out to a counselor who told me to wake up every morning and do a check with myself spiritually and physically… and then make a note of what I was feeling every morning for the next 2 weeks.
As I began this process of doing self checks I learned that my heart was feeling pain every morning… and I didn’t even know it… it was like if I had a bad dream every night and my heart was stuck in fear mode.
I realized that I was unaware of how long I had lived this way and operated this way… and when I looked back in my life… soo many of my life decisions were fear based.
Thus starting the journey… it hasn’t been perfect… and I don’t believe I have the answers to everything… but I do know… that after allowing love to enter into my hardened, scared, fragile heart… healing came… and I was able to give love more freely.
So I got certified as a consultant and I am beginning this journey of helping others free there hearts to allow divine love in… and in turn… pass on that love to others.
I am not on a hippy mission trip to save the world I promise 😂
But I am on a mission to make-sure anyone I come across in my life is met with true divine love… and I believe it’s in our deepest pains that we are met with the most profound love… so I would love the opportunity to hear you and see your pain… and meet you with love.🤍
